2. Ice packs
You can compress thrush using ice, by sucking on ice cubes in the area that has thrush. This method is useful for relieving pain and reducing inflammation caused by canker sores.

3. Sufficient nutrition
Lack of nutrient intake is one of the causes of canker sores. So, make sure your body has enough nutritional intake, especially vitamin B12, zinc, iron, and folic acid. You can fulfill all of the nutritional intake from green vegetables and fruits.

4. Use natural mouthwash

Mouthwashes containing natural ingredients, such as betel leaves, saga leaves, and licorice, can also be used to treat thrush, because these ingredients have antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties.

5. Avoid canker sores
If the appearance of canker sores is triggered by spicy, sour, and hot foods, you need to avoid consuming these foods for a while. Also avoid eating foods or drinks that are too hot, because the risk of aggravating the sores on the sores and slowing down the healing.
